Personal Fitness/Training

 

The "factory" floor is our personal training gym area.  Our trainers all prefer working without large machines which we think removes the personal touch.  Before the big machine gyms say it is all about cost and space, the first was never a problem and we have plenty of the latter.   Our trainers focus on each individual and work with the body using their abundant knowledge of how to gain more from the personal approach.  If you want to run, bike or climb we have the equipment.   There are all the necessary weight stations available but that is only a small part of the '"Balanced Programme'. We are particularly fond of “The Jacobs Ladder” and The Pilates reformer both so useful in back pain rehabilitation.
