What is Meet Yourself Therapy (MYT)?

A proven way to explore, and achieve, personal fulfilment – that feeling of profound and lasting contentment, joy and self-worth - attained by following one’s deepest desires and talents, instead of bowing to someone else’s agenda.


How can MYT help?

Anxiety, fear, depression, self-esteem concerns, disorganisation and so on all arise from negative thoughts that imprison us in negative responses and feelings. Over many years from childhood, these negative thoughts and feelings can become so embedded that we completely lose sight of who we really are.

Meet Yourself Therapy (MYT) offers a proven way to get in touch with your thoughts, and understand how they influence your actions, responses and feelings. Tasneem Shah


Tasneem is an award winning, accredited Healer with over 20 years of experience, practising and teaching Healing and Meditation in the UK and abroad, including Scandinavia, South America. She has also worked in GP Practices in the UK.





Naheed Ali


Naheed is a part-time dentist, qualified from Guy’s Hospital, London. Her passion for personal development and helping others led her to train as an NLP Practitioner, and as a Personal Performance Coach and Youth Coach for which she received distinctions.
